I joined the Women in DSO as a Founding Member for Professional Leaders in 2020. In 2023 I was invited to attend and share my expertise at Women in Dentistry in Soho, London.
I've been sharing my devotion to moving dentistry forward with the desire to build an innovative, engaging dental industry for 25+ years. My personal goal is to show up every day, to be proud of the work I do, and to make a difference TO YOU!

I am fearlessly AUTHENTIC in everything I do. As a seasoned Dental Industry Specialist serving for over two decades, I have helped individuals and companies nationally within the Dental Industry. My journey began in 2007 in my parent’s dental lab in the Pacific NW, and continued to flourish after I orchestrated the sale of our Dental Lab in 2014. Since then, I have purposely chosen employment that would hone my passion and skills to complement my clinical background. That included Dental Lab Operations, Sales, and Leadership roles with various positions in the dental industry.
I am very diverse in my experience and knowledge about Dental Market Business Models that include Strategic Accounts including, DSO Groups, GPOs, Digital Strategies, Marketing platforms, and Revenue Generation. Working with the diversity in the industry has allowed me to gain knowledge and skills that assist in creating relevant and sustainable business partnerships that are mutually impactful.
